Walking To The Altar

It’s likely that the words “never” and “always” are overused, worn out, and applied in places of conversation and communication where some other word should go instead.  We often say “never” when we mean “not often,” and we substitute “always” for “most of the time.”  With that great precaution before you and me…

Holy altars – I have NEVER found walking to an altar a bad thing, and it ALWAYS has benefitted me.

Walking to an altar of repentance…NEVER done anything smarter.
Walking to the altar of salvation…ALWAYS is my highest accomplishment through God.

Walking to the altar of marriage with Gizelle…has NEVER been a bad choice and is ALWAYS a blessing in my life.  I love Gizelle Jones and walked to an altar of matrimony with her 32 years ago today…April 18, 1980.

Walking to the altar with Jesus and Gizelle…that’s been my two highest accomplishments.

I love Jesus.
I love Gizelle.
In that order.

  1. Love it! Succinct, to-the-point, and poignant. In my extremely limited and humble opinion – Excellent placement and usage of NEVER and ALWAYS!

    Happy Anniversary!
